Janen is Five Months Old Today

I can't believe how fast my little girl is growing up. She went through a phase for two months where she never wanted to smile when the camera came out, but look who is smiling now! Isn't she just the cutest?! Ok,so I'm biased.

Here is what Janen has been up to this past month.

When she turned four months old I started putting her on solids. She still wasn't sleeping as consistently as I wanted her to but now she is going 6 hour stretches at night, waking up once and then sleeping for another 4-6 hours. It's been wonderful and she's taken to the solids we've given her (so far) pretty well.

She's sitting up much better in her bumbo these days.

And getting better at holding her bottle. Except in this picture, she fell asleep while eating and I found her like this.

Now tell me folks, what's cuter then a sleeping baby??

And just cause I love that smile, here's one last look at her sweet face before I close.

Janen has rolling over from front to back and back to front down pat! She loves to laugh, sing, kick her legs, swim/splash in the pool, and most recently blow raspberries.
