Day Six - My Day

I should probably call these blog challenge posts a different name, (post 1,2,3,etc.) cause I just don't have the time every day to post.

I was supposed to post this on Wednesday so here's how my day went then. Janen woke up super early (545) to eat and didn't go back to sleep like she usually does. Stinker! James stayed up with her for a bit while I slept another 30 minutes, but then I just got up because James had to get ready for school. I hosted mother's group that day so I made salt dough hearts for the ladies to paint and glue magnets on and prepared the cheezy oozy guacamole dip. (so good by the way). The gals and their adorable babies came over around noon and we hung out making our magnets and writing love notes to our husbands for a few hours. Janen is teething and must've got the brute of it that day because she was very clingy and would not let me put her down without freaking out. That made my day a lot more hectic than usual because I didn't have one moment to myself. After the last of the gals left, I quickly got Janen ready to go over to our friend Ila's to play (with Warren) while I went to school. I realized in the car that I forgot to fill out an evaluation sheet for my class and quickly filled it out in the parking lot and was 5 minutes late. (oops) Even though I love my Early Literacy and Language Development class, I was having a hard time paying attention for the 3 hours. Finally, class was over, I headed home and gobbled down dinner and made Janen's birthday cake, decorated with balloons and streamers and did some homework. And then bed and boy was it welcomed!
